What is the typical production time for my order?
Since each piece is made to order specifically for you, production typically takes 5-7 business days before your artwork is ready to ship.
Can I choose between framed and unframed options?
Yes! We offer a variety of high-quality framing options including natural wood, white, and black, alongside our standard gallery-wrapped canvases.
How do you ensure my artwork arrives safely?
We use custom-engineered packaging designed to protect your art during transit. In the rare event of damage, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.
What is your return policy for art prints?
Because each item is custom-printed to your specifications, we do not accept returns. However, we want you to love your space, so please reach out if there is any issue with your order.
Do you offer digital downloads of your designs?
To maintain the integrity and quality of the physical art, we do not currently offer digital downloads for our signature collections.
How should I clean and care for my canvas?
A light dusting with a dry, soft cloth is all you need. Avoid using chemical cleaners or water, and keep your art out of direct sunlight to prevent fading.
